where are your products made?
All of our products are produced in the United States by industrial companies selected for their high quality of work and use of the latest technologies.
Currently all of our metal products are produced by Great Lakes Engineering in Minnesota.
Our rubber jewelry is produced by Western Rubber using a WaterJet machine, an evironmentally friendly process.
Waterjet machining is an environmentally friendly method to cold cut metal using only a high speed stream of water mixed with sand whose
movement is controlled by a computer. Waterjet cutting produces no toxic by products and does not change the state of the material being machined

Photochemical machining, what's that?

What materials do you use?
Nervous System is always looking for environmentally friendly and or recycled materials from which to craft our designs.
Currently the Dendrite line is offered in recycled stainless steel with or without gold plating.
The Radiolaria line is crafted
from silicone rubber which is an odorless rubber with high temperature resistance and excellent tensile strength. This means the material does not get gummy like other rubbers when exposed to heat and it can withstand both stretching and crumpling with no damage.
