This pendant was inspired by the form of seed pods. One side is polished brass with intricate perforations that form a multiscale pattern of cells within cells. The other side is oxidized brass with an engraved pattern. The two sides are riveted together to create a pod-like structure which hangs from an 18” gold-filled cable chain.

About the Collection
Corollaria is a jewelry collection inspired by cellular structures in nature. Each algorithmically designed piece is made up of an intricate filigree which varies in density and direction.

The collection fuses new technologies and old. Computationally generated designs are etched from brass sheets and shaped into 3D forms in a hydraulic press.
