A minimal and lightweight pair of earrings that mimics the dichotomous venation patterns of ferns and ginkgos. Unlike the closed cell venation networks of most plants, ferns and ginkgos exhibit a unique open pattern where roughly parallel veins fork repeatedly producing a tree-like structure defined by Y shaped nodes.

This pattern was grown by our computer simulation of leaf venation and etched from a sheet of stainless steel. Choose from unfinished stainless and gold plated.
