Sale items are not eligible for return.
A $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund or store credit total on any order returned or exchanged outside of the 2 week return window. All returned lamps are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that unless an item arrives damaged or an order is received with error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.
Due to their personalized nature, custom orders can not be returned or refunded. Additionally, returns and exchanges will not be accepted on discontinued or discounted designs.
